Maëlle VABRE : Bonjour Lucille BION, J’ai vu sur votre profil que vous avez plusieurs rôles chez Konbini: Rédaction, Interviews français / anglais, Veille concurrentielle, Couverture de Festival (Cannes, Deauville, Les Arcs), Gestion de projet. Parmi toutes ces activités quelle est celle que vous préférez et pourquoi ?

Lucille BION : Je préfère la gestion de projet dans toutes ses tâches (même si mon métier me plaît car c’est justement diversifié). La gestion de projet me plaît car tu confectionnes tout de À à Z et résous des problèmes. Cela te permet aussi de parler à plusieurs personnes : agents, RP, journalistes, talents …

Tu dois aussi faire des plannings et t’assurer du bon déroulement du projet.

M.V : J’ai vu que vous êtes à plus de 1000 articles chez Konbini, quel conseil donneriez-vous à une plus jeune version de vous-même qui débute dans la création d’articles  ?

L.B : Mon conseil serait de s’accrocher, persévérer, se faire du réseau et ne pas compter ses heures. Lire beaucoup aussi, pour avoir plusieurs sources et comprendre les bases de certains mouvements. Vérifier ses sources est aussi primordial. Aussi, bien penser à enrichir son vocabulaire et éviter la répétition de deux mêmes mots dans un article. Éviter les banalités et le remplissage. Trouver son style, quoi.

M.V : Parmi toutes les interviews que vous avez mené, quelle est celle qui vous a le plus marqué ? Auriez-vous une anecdote à partager ?

L.B : Parmi mes interviews, j’ai été très marquée par toutes celles des jeunes acteurs qui sont toujours très simples et timides. Adèle Exarchopoulos par exemple, qui a une personnalité sur les réseaux assez extravertie mais qui était toute douce et mignonne. Scorsese est aussi un petit rigolo qui enchaîne les blagues et est très dynamique malgré son grand âge !

Vous avez interviewé des personnes célèbres, si je peux demander, comment faites-vous pour avoir accès à des personnes comme Anna Karina, prenez-vous contact directement ou avez-vous un intermédiaire ?

L.B : Souvent, nous avons accès à ces « talents » (c’est le terme qu’on utilise pour désigner les personnes célèbres) grâce à leur actualité (film, concert, sortie de livre, engagement social, etc.) Ici, en particulier, j’ai eu deux fois Anna Karina car elle ressortait Vivre Ensemble puis La Religieuse. Parfois, nous avons accès à des interviews hors actualité et il faut effectivement compter sur ses contacts personnels (des agents, des publicistes ou la personne en question). La plupart du temps, nous avons donc un intermédiaire entre le talent et nous, média. Les attachés de presse de films sont souvent nos interlocuteurs privilégiés.

L.B : Cette interview est particulière car elle a été réalisée dans le cadre de la série New Wave, qui déniche les talents ciné de demain. Pour ce type d’entretien, plusieurs personnes interviennent : un directeur artistique pour la vidéo et un journaliste pour l’interview portrait.
